• For guests staying 5 nights or longer, there is a one-time local-development tax of € 1.10 per person 15 and up/stay.

Cancellation policy:
A free cancellation of the reservation is possible until 28 days prior to arrival.
Up to 21 days prior to arrival will be charged 30% of the total amount.
Up to 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount
To 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 70% of the total amount.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge 90% of the price of the credit card.
Payments or deposits are non-refundable if the reservation is canceled or modified.
